THE RESIDENCE
Estia is a traditional country house built in the early 20th century. Its restoration was carried out with respect for the original structure, materials and simplicity of its time, preserving the character of the home while discreetly integrating modern comfort.
Stone, wood and natural light create a grounded and calm atmosphere, inviting guests to settle into the unhurried rhythm of village life.
Estia accommodates up to six guests, offering space, tranquillity and a meaningful stay in Lemnos.
THE COURTYARD
The spacious courtyard is a natural extension of the house. With multiple seating areas, it invites slow mornings with coffee, shared meals under the open sky and quiet moments throughout the day.
Summer light and the atmosphere of the village shape the rhythm of daily living.
THE SPACES
Estia unfolds across two levels with a balanced layout. Each floor functions independently, featuring a bedroom and a bathroom, along with a small service area for coffee or keeping refreshments cool.
The upper level hosts the fully equipped kitchen and main living space, while the lower level includes a generous workspace.
The configuration enhances both autonomy and connection.
